Our support services are divided into first-level and second-level support. First-level support is provided by us at Advanced Applications, while second-level support is supplied by SAP (CSS Customer Support Service).
You can use the SAP Solution Manager and our ECHOLON ticket system to report any incidents. We use GoToAssist for performing remote maintenance.
